Read under
the canopy
RSS, newsletters, podcasts, and YouTube — unified in one private reader. No email. No ads. No algorithms. Just your content.
The web wasn't supposed to be like this. Every article you read is tracked. Every click is profiled. Every feed is an algorithm deciding what you should think. We built Canopy Reader as an alternative.
Today's readers
have trade-offs.
Algorithms own your feed
Social platforms bury what you chose to follow under engagement-bait and ads. You subscribed for a reason — the algorithm decided otherwise.
Every click is harvested
Free readers sell your reading habits to advertisers. Your interests, reading times, and attention patterns become the product.
Content is scattered
Blogs in one app. Newsletters in email. Podcasts somewhere else. YouTube in a browser. Four apps for things that are all just feeds.
Everything you follow.
One canopy.
Podcasts
Subscribe and listen in-app. Variable speed, skip controls, and position sync across all your devices.
YouTube Channels
Follow creators without a Google account. Privacy-respecting embed. No recommendations engine.
RSS & Atom Feeds
Subscribe to any blog, news site, or publication. Full-text when available. Chronological, always.
Newsletter Inbox
Unique @canopyreader address per subscription. Tracking pixels stripped. External images removed.
Unified Timeline
All your content — articles, newsletters, episodes, videos — flowing through one chronological feed. Or filter by type.
Zero Tracking. Zero Knowledge.
No analytics. No fingerprinting. No ad networks. We cannot see what you read. Your feeds are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

Quantum error rates hit new low in superconducting qubits
The race to build practical quantum computers has entered a new phase. Researchers at a major university announced this week that they've achieved a significant reduction in error rates for quantum gate operations.
Why error correction matters
Quantum bits, or qubits, are inherently fragile. Unlike classical bits that are either 0 or 1, qubits exist in superpositions of states, and the slightest environmental interference can destroy the quantum information they carry.
“We've reduced our two-qubit gate error rate to 0.1 percent,” said the lead researcher. “That's still not good enough for large-scale fault-tolerant computing, but it's a significant step.”
Three steps. Zero friction.
